Upcoming Events

Let’s get together for the beginning of duck season! Opening weekend tends to be packed on the bay, so we’re scheduling for the second weekend of the season. We’ll be getting together for an initial meet and greet at the local Mexican food restaurant on Friday evening. After that, we’ll spend Saturday seeking God’s beautiful species of coastal ducks on Espiritu Santo Bay. We’ll enjoy boat rides through the amazing marshlands on the way to a morning and evening hunt. We’ll also look forward to a great family-style meal at Seaport Lodge that never disappoints. But the fun doesn’t end there! Dinner will be followed around the fire pit by swapping tales from the hunt and conversation from the day.  

The overlying thought that we will consider at this event is whether we look into ourselves or up to God in life. When things are stroking along swimmingly, we feel in control, but when things start to sink on us, there’s a tendency to seek God. Is this the correct order?

Why Relate Ministries?
Relate strives to bring men together enjoying the outdoors doing the activities we’ve grown to love, but to bring Jesus along with us! We don’t have to change who we are or what we enjoy doing to understand what being a Christian is. It’s just a daily decision on what version of ourselves we bring.
